Disability Mentoring Day

Thank you for participating in Disability Mentoring Day (DMD) this year! As the national coordinator of DMD, AAPD seeks to support the local coordinators across the country by promoting your events and connecting you to other coordinators or employers when possible.

The purpose of this form is to collect information about your DMD event(s) so that it may be shared on AAPD's website. There is an option to indicate whether you are actively seeking more participants (mentors, mentees, and/or employers). If you are seeking more participants for your DMD activities please be sure to provide your contact information.
